Inner Oasis Spring Wellness Retreat is a one-day expereince thoughtfully curated to evoke these elements through a transformative encounter featuring yoga and meditation, a mindful farm-to-table meal experience, bodywork, healing workshops, a Black-owned vendor market and gratitude gifts to take home for continued inspiration. It is a reminder of how much power you hold inside. Trust, you will leave feeling grounded, aligned and divine!
Features
The Land
Deep Roots is a Black woman-led farm of big impact and even bigger dreams. Between it's quiet location and the love that is infused into its maintenance, this land is the perfect place to retreat to.
Yoga & Meditation Session
The retreat will open with an invigorating all-levels yoga and meditation session that will affirm the abundance that lies within. This experience will include earthing, energy cleansing, aromatherapy, and more.
Lite Breakfast
It is ideal to practice yoga on an empty stomach. However, our yoga class won't be beginning until 10am, so we'll have some refreshments available to you as you walk through the farm to our shared oasis! Look forward to infused water, fresh juice, seasonal fruit, and more.
Farm-to-Table Lunch
Talk about hyper-local! Our farm-to-table meal will be mostly comprised of produce from Deep Roots Farm, and feature items from other local farms as well. Expect lots of leafy greens, root veggies and aromatic herbs.
Catharsis Market
The Catharsis Market is an opportunity to release mental and emotional blockages through creative workshops, massage therapy and acquiring tools that will support your ongoing wellness journey. Massage and vendor products will be available at an additional cost.

At Liminal Grace, we believe all people are worthy of wellness, regardless of their financial situation. In an attempt to accommodate, there are 3 ticket options available at 3 different prices. All tickets will be for the same retreat experience. Please begin your journey to this retreat by choosing the price level that best suits your financial situation. Please be aware that there are only 5 Low Cost tickets available, so if you can afford to pay full price, or purchase a Solidarity ticket to offset someone else's ticket, please do so. Note: A 4 installment payment plan is available through PayPal for all ticket levels. We thank you for your solidarity and mindfulness! Ticket Sales End Wednesday 4/27/2022.
